Follow Me

It was in despair
He saw me there,
And he looked down
And softly called my name.
“Follow me, follow me,
And I will lead you
To that promised land.
I gave my all for you,
When they nailed me to the tree.
Now, live your life for me—
And follow, follow me.
Do not despair,
For I am always there.
Just begin to follow me.”
