Another Page

I awoke this morning after a good night’s rest,
To begin a new page in my book of life.
What unfolds this day, only God will know,
As I continue my journey letting God lead the way.

Each moment a word, pausing here and there,
As I take in a breath while looking around,
Taking in the grandeur of this new day,
Giving thanks to God for another page.
